Macquarie Drilling Pty Ltd is one of the largest and most successful environmental and geotechnical drilling companies in NSW. The Company was established in 1994 and continues to provide clients with the highest-quality field data, delivered safely through a professional contracting framework.
The Company also continually improves the quality of services offered by investing in staff development and new equipment. Macquarie Drilling Pty Ltd has a large fleet of modern drilling rigs equipped to handle the demands of the most technical environmental or geotechnical investigation projects. Our equipment is also regularly used for shallow exploration, water well and civil engineering drilling.
Macquarie Drilling Pty Ltd is a member of the Australian Drilling Industry Association (ADIA).
Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)
Macquarie Drilling values the safety of its staff and clients above all else. The company has an active Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management system that is consistent with the requirements of the NSW Occupational Health & Safety Act, 2000 and OH&S Regulations 2001.
The nature of our work demands the attention and active participation of every employee. Managers and supervisory personnel are required to provide leadership which encourages compliance with safe work practices.

Safety is the primary concern for field operations at Macquarie Drilling. Having worked on numerous military facilities, mine sites and large industrial sites, Macquarie Drilling has the experience to perform services safely while meeting stringent client protocol.

Depot
The Macquarie Drilling depot is located at 66-68 Christie St, St Marys. The depot has secure storage areas for all of our rigs, support vehicles and drilling equipment.
There is a well equipped workshop where most maintenance and service tasks can be undertaken. The depot has a dedicated wash bay with pre-treatment equipment licensed by SydneyWater.
The Macquarie Drilling operations & administration functions take place in a well equipped, secure office with modern computer facilities. Regular online backups ensure that clients data is safe and can be recovered in the event of a disaster. This infrastructure ensures that our clients data is kept with a high level of privacy and security. |
