Job Cancellation or Postponement

Minimum hire - First day - 8 hours (plus mobilisation charge)
Additional days - 7 hours (plus mobilisation charge)
Cancellation fees - > 5 working days written notice - no charge
- < 5 working days written notice - 70% of applicable minimum hourly hire amount for the duration of cancelled booking**
** Unless job postponed to acceptable date and timeframe or alternate works arranged to similar scope and duration as agreed by Macquarie Drilling SI Manager and client Project Manager
Bookings - please utilise the on line booking form (www.macdrill.com.au/make-a-booking), including detailed completion of all requested site information and equipment requirements to mitigate opportunity of delays or additional charges due to insufficient equipment or materials on site.Our Drilling Managers are available to assist in discussing and providing direction on drilling methods and equipment requirements at any time.
*Standard Load - Standard SI rig load is 15m solid flight augers, 15m sampling rods, SPT and U50 sampling equipment
Purchase Orders - A Purchase Order is required from the party responsible for payment to secure a booking. Macquarie Drilling shall not class a job as confirmed until official Purchase Order is received from client for the requested works. Availability will be considered open to other bookings until PO is received.
Monitoring Bores - appropriate licences and well design information must be supplied by client to Macquarie Drilling for review prior to confirmation of booking and / or mobilisation of Drill rig to site. An additional charge as tabled above shall also be applied to time spent completing Form A documents. Please contact our office should you require detailed information around these requirements.
Consumables and Equipment - all materials and equipment specifically requested to site are chargeable whether utilised or not. (Standard consumables requested to site and not utilised are subject to SI Manager discretion)
Drilling rates valid till March 1st 2012. Consumables, hire equipment and toll charges.
