 Injection of Remediation Chemicals
Macquarie Drilling has invested in the development of a purpose built rig for the injection of remediation materials. The injection rig is self-contained and is equipped with integrated tandem mixers, transfer pumps, water containment facilities and specialist injection pumps with flow and pressure recording devices. The systems is powered by a Power Take Off (PTO) fitted to a late model Hino curtain-sided truck.
With the addition of this rig, Macquarie Drilling has the ability to safely inject a range of materials including chemical oxidants, oxygen or hydrogen releasing compounds, emulsified oils and beneficial bacteria. |
